How admission works at RMH

We aim to make admission as smooth and stress-free as possible — for both planned procedures and emergency situations.

Planned Admission
1
Registration at the front desk
Provide your photo ID and any prior medical records. Our admission team will register you and guide you to the appropriate OPD.
2
Consultation with the doctor
The treating doctor reviews your condition and recommends admission if required. They will explain the procedure, estimated duration and expected costs.
3
Admission paperwork & bed allocation
Our admission team prepares your records and allocates an appropriate room or bed category based on your preference and availability.
Room types: General · Semi-Private · Private
4
Advance deposit
An advance deposit is required at the time of admission. For insurance patients, your insurer is contacted immediately to initiate the cashless process.

From this point, your care team will guide you through every step of your treatment, keeping your family informed at all times.
Emergency Admission
